dc.description.abstractPericard is double laided sheet of the heart. The inner serous layer (visceral pericard) is attached to the walls of the heart and on the great blood vessels makes duplicate and goes into fibrous layer (parietal pericard). Very tiny amount of pericard liqid is dividing two liflets of pericardium and that not allowed two liflets to come one to another.Acute pericarditis is the most common disease of the pericardium and it is from inflammatory etiology called pericarditis. Etiology of pericardits is usually viral, bacterial, .rheumatic, fever,.uremic or after cardio surgical treatment. Also neoplasm and tuberculosis can be reason for pericarditis.The aim: Aim of the state is to present different types of pericarditis treated on Cardio-rheumatological department in the Children Hospital in Skopje in period of 2011-2016. Materials and methods: We are presenting 13 patients who were hospitalized on our department. All patient were echocardiologically followed and have EKG following.We were realizing therapy with which we reached completely resolving of pericardial effusion. CONCLUSION. Pericarditis is inflammation with different etiology and pathophysiology and because of that exact diagnosis will lead to right treatment.en_US
